Impeccably clean rooms with comfortable beds, lovely breakfast. Excellent service at the dining room! A gym available for guests too. Marvellous and incredible location with parking around the hotel.

This place is comfortable for exploring the city with very helpful and competent reception staff, offering a tasty breakfast with a variety of good food.

The rooms are spotless, modern, and come with coffee and tea facilities, as well as comfortable beds.

It was a relaxing place, had attentive staff at reception desk.

The hotel was nicely decorated and reasonably large with comfortable beds. The location was unbeatable and particularly good, really close to internal areas, Museum Island, and the U-Bahn.

I gotta say, we got great value for our money at Upstalsboom Hotel. The room was clean and quiet, with lovely feather duvets and pillows. The location was fantastic with easy access to public transport, and the staff was really helpful and patient with all our questions.

The breakfast offerings could have been better with a bit more variety.

Other hotels I considered did not include breakfast, this one did and it was a very good meal, we were surprised at the variety. Also the long time that the restaurant was open for breakfast mean't we could get up when we wanted and not have to rush. The room was very nice, so was the bathroom.

We wanted a double bed, but had two singles pushed together, we also had 2 single duvets, we found it difficult to sleep 'together' due to this. Even if a double bed was not possible we feel that a double duvet could be an option!

The location is mind-blowing! Bars, restaurants, and public transportation are just a few steps away. The staff is SUPER friendly and the breakfast buffet is jaw-dropping. The rooms are clean with a strong Wi-Fi signal for Netflix streaming.

Although the breakfast buffet was excellent, some of the rolls had ham in them despite there being no sign to alert people to that. I am vegetarian and found it rather annoying. You do not expect ham in breakfast rolls!

I liked the room 750 because of the windowroof. : ) The people that worked on the hotell are very nice.

The restaurant here is wonderful serving delicious traditional German food, the surroundings are great too with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.

Great location in a vibrant area with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Easy access to public transportation. The hotel itself is clean and quiet, offering a nice and simple stay experience.

Lack of air conditioning made our stay uncomfortable during the summer weekend. the free internet provided had a weak signal, resulting in slow and unreliable connectivity.

draws for clothes and a safe in the room would be great Also some space in the fridge for your own stuff would be great .Overhaul it is good hotel .i will definitly recommend it and will stay there again when i am back to Berlin .
